Terms of service

1. I WILL draw:
- SFW and NSFW art (Full do/don't list of NSFW topics coming soon, feel free to ask for now)
- Some political themes (e.g. LGBTQ+ pride)
- Anthro (furry) characters
- I may try feral characters2 I WILL NOT draw:- Gore. Candy gore included
- Most political and all hateful themes
- Human characters3. Payment info:
- Payment is made trough Boosty. It supports PayPal, Visa and MasterCard
- Payment is made after I send you the final version of the sketch and you approve it. I will not continue with the work before I recieve the payment
- NO REFUNDS! After the payment is made, refunds are unavailable. You will still be able to ask me to change any details of your commission, but you cannot fully cancel it after paying- By making a payment you confirm that you have fully read my TOS4. Commission process info:
- You must provide a clear unshaded reference sheet or an unshaded artwork featuring (at least) the same portion of your character's body as the commission type you want
- My commissions are usually open all the time and are not limited to slots. I get commissioned pretty rarely, so I am probably able to start working on your commission right away
- I usually work pretty quickly, but it may take a bit longer depending on commission piece complexity and real life events. I will always tell you if I need more time for any reason5. After finishing your commission I will:
- Post the finished artwork(s) on my social media (see links). Note: you may ask me not to post it for any reason you may have
- Have the right to use it in promotions (commissions advertisements, art shares, etc.)6. After I finish your commission you will:
- Recieve original resolution .PNG file(s) of your finished commission. This can be done via direct messaging trough Telegram or via uploading the file(s) to Google Drive. You can specify your preferred method (If you don't specify, Google Drive will be chosen by default). Note: this can't be done via Twitter or Discord messages.
- Have the right to post the finished artwork(s) anywhere you wish, as long as you leave credit (a link to this Carrd is prefered).
- Have the right to ask me for any minor edits. You may do it during 2 weeks after the commission is finished.7. After the commission is finished, you CAN NOT:
- Claim the artwork(s) as your own or another artist's
- Remove (edit out or crop) my signature from the artwork(s)You cannot use any of my artwork (not your commission, nor any other piece I've ever made) in any image generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). You cannot use my artwork for training text2img AI models, nor can you use my artwork in img2img AI models.Note:The current version of Terms Of Service is not final. More points to any part may be added in the future. I also can refuse you a commission for any reason like ill behavior, TOS non-compliance, etc.
